Producing strategy and Training materials for University Department to distribute research across social Media

Supporting a Charity Department of The University of York to produce a comprehensive content and communications strategy, and training their staff to effectively deliver the strategy across all social media channels, including YouTube

  • CCMD approached the A&D team to assist them distribute and disseminate their work to a wider, lay-audience outside of their usual academic sphere.

  • Starting with a number of team-led brainstorming and ideas sessions, we assisted the CCMD team produce a content strategy that suited their goals and academic affiliations. We then produced a series of creative illustrations, templates and brand assets to compliment the social media campaign. Finally, we were retained as ongoing consultants to assist with strategic direction and reporting as the team progressed the campaign.

  • The CCMD team took ownership of their social media channels with new-found confidence, and through brand coaching and strategic direction found new audiences outside of their usual academia. Their social media accounts continue to grow steadily, and their YouTube channel recently hit a milestone following.
